How Many Plaques Can We Add This Year.

Iowa State has definitely been a program that has had a large number of screw jobs over the past few years in both football and basketball.   I'm just curious how many more plaques we will add to the wall this year.  

My question to the fans is why?   Is it because we are one of the smaller schools in the conference?   Is it because we have a small demographic for televisions and Iowa State eyeballs?   Is because we are from the fly over state of Iowa and nothing ever really happens in our beloved state?   Or do we not have the revenue to grease the pockets of the powers that be?  Or do the refs just hate us because we can be competitive from a small school from time to time?

I'll leave it to you.   My prediction is at least one more plaque this year and my prediction is from football.  

I think Soccer Guy may have a point.   Perhaps the Cyclones should focus on the Football/Soccer.

The Great Minnesota Get Together is going on now through Labor day, also known as the State Fair.  It always signals the end of the summer and launching us into the upcoming football season.   I'm not a huge country fan, but I do enjoy a little Cotton Eyed Joe.   I actually like this band.   All I can say is more jumping.
